What is contract cleaning? 

Our Account Managers will visit your site so we can provide you with a bespoke cleaning service. 

Our cleaners will vacuum all carpeted areas, sweep and mop floors, empty bins, clean fixtures and fittings including skirting boards, window ledges, glazing bars, sills, architraves, pipework, radiators and covers, balustrades, handrails, notice boards. 

We take particular care to clean and disinfect high traffic and communal areas such as bathrooms and kitchens including disinfecting fridges, coffee machines, microwaves and dishwashers, toilet seats, handles, sinks, mirrors and soap dispensers. 

Deep Cleaning 

What is deep cleaning? 

APM is currently offering the following COVID-19 related deep cleaning services:

Professional antiviral sanitisation and deep cleaning services which involves a controlled and structured clean that is more thorough and detailed than a standard clean. We are experts at ensuring that everything in an environment is cleaned and that no contamination is moved between dirty and clean areas through the process.

We use EPA and CDC recommended Virucidal Solutions to combat the spread of COVID-19. These disinfectants are capable of killing 99% of germs and viruses within 5 minutes of contact. In this particular type of deep cleaning our team of experienced cleaners physically clean and disinfect all the TOUCHPOINTS in your office buildings. 

As we carry out a deep clean, we move through a step-by-step procedure ensuring a logical process is followed. We use the appropriate level of cleaning agent for each area, creating a clean environment, with a reduced presence of microorganisms.

Handyman Services 

What are our Handyman services 

APM cover all types of handyman services including interior and exterior painting and decorating services. From tiling and wallpapering to repainting and plastering. 

From hanging pictures to putting up shelves and flat pack furniture. No job is too big or small for APM. We are happy to help with small and awkward jobs such as changing light bulbs, assembling flat-packs, putting up shelves and mirrors, changing locks, fitting extractor fans, fixing leaky tabs, door bells, fill in holes and cracks etc.

Plastering Services 

Our plastering services includes fitting plasterboard to the underside of the existing walls or ceiling and carrying out work that only needs to be made good then plastered. 

Wallpapering Services

Our wall papering work includes lining and papering walls. Removing and considering the impact of walls that are not straight and sound and removing existing wallpaper. Clients supply their own wallpaper. 

Painting & Decorating

Our painting of rooms service includes repainting walls and ceilings with two coats of emulsion. We check if existing plaster is in good condition before we proceed with painting. 

Repainting of Woodwork

Our repainting of woodwork includes assessing the condition of items such as skirting boards, door and window frames. We rub down, undercoat and paint with gloss. 

Kitchen & Bathroom Tiling

Tiling can be an attractive way to decorate your kitchen, bathroom or other areas of your building. It protects walls and floors from water damage and can be easy to wipe and clean. Our tiling services including using ceramic tiles supplied by our clients, removing existing tiles, retiling walls and adding a sub-floor for floor tiles.
